Tech and AI

Complex tech, explained so the press can’t ignore it.

We turn the build into a sentence a reporter can file and a reader can repeat. Then we take it to the desks that actually cover the category.

Why it is different

The pitch explains the mechanism. The story is why anyone should care this week.

Tech companies know the product better than anyone. That is usually the problem. The pitch describes how it works. Writers are pitched all day and have no patience for a private vocabulary, and in AI that vocabulary changes every month. We pressure-test the story until someone outside the company can say it back, and we keep that sentence intact from the announcement to the founder’s interview.

The job

What a tech and AI PR agency is for

Reputation through earned media: positioning, relationships with trade and consumer tech press, founder voice, and announcements such as launches, partnerships, and funding. A useful agency also says when the story is not ready. We work with AI, tech, consumer tech, and platform companies across the US and UK, from Nashville and London.

What we do

Messaging first. Outreach second.

01

Positioning and messaging

One sentence, the proof under it, and language the whole team can actually use.

02

Trade and consumer tech press

Writers who cover the category. A relationship, not a blast to a list with a logo on it.

03

Announcements

Launches, integrations, partnerships, milestones. Embargoes and briefings planned before the date moves.

04

Founder voice

Spokesperson positioning, interview prep, bylines, and commentary on the news in the space.

05

Company news

Hires and milestones handled so each one extends the last story, instead of resetting it.

06

Reporting

What ran, whether the message came through, and what to change. Impression counts are not the result.

How we work

Pressure-test it. Then pick the desks.

01

Pressure-test the story

A person who does not work at the company has to understand what you do, and why it matters now.

02

Pick the desks

Trade, consumer, and business outlets in the US and UK, and the specific writers on the beat.

03

Pitch an angle

A reason to care this week. Not a notice that something happened.

04

Adjust

Monthly check-ins. If the market is telling you the sentence is wrong, we change the sentence.

Work

A technical product, explained by using it.

JBL Synchros S700 headphones from the launch.

Consumer tech · Audio · Launch

The technology had to be heard.

JBL Synchros S700. Press, influencers, and buyers heard a Trixie Whitley set only through the headphones. The product made the argument.

Recent technology and AI work that is not public is available on request. We will not invent a case study to fill the gap.

Questions

Before the pitch goes out.

What kinds of tech companies do you work with?

AI, consumer tech, hardware, platforms, and companies whose hardest PR problem is making people understand what they do. If the story is already obvious, you may not need us.

Do you work with AI companies?

Yes. AI is one of the most crowded beats in tech press, and reporters tune out words like revolutionary and agentic. We find what the product lets a person do that they could not do before, back it with proof a writer can check, and keep every claim one a skeptic can verify.

Do you help with messaging, or only outreach?

Both, and messaging comes first. Pitching an unclear story only spreads the confusion.

Can you position a founder as an expert?

Yes. Spokesperson positioning, interview prep, bylines, and commentary on the news in the category. It is slow on purpose.

Do you cover US and UK tech media?

Yes. From Nashville and London. Timing, outlets, and tone change between the two. The underlying story does not.

How do you measure tech PR?

What ran, in which outlets, and whether the message came through. If you share site or pipeline data, we will read it next to the coverage. We do not treat raw impressions as the result.
