web3
Nobody covers a protocol. They cover what it lets people do.
Narrative, launches, and media for teams whose audience has already heard every promise.
Why it is different
These rooms have no patience for a pitch.
Crypto-native readers have seen the overpromise. Business and tech desks have seen the collapse. Coverage comes from what a person can use, build, or own. It does not come from the architecture.
The job
What web3 PR is
Helping protocols, platforms, and web3 companies earn coverage in crypto and web3, business, and consumer tech media. Turning a technical product into a clear story, running launches and partnership news, and positioning founders as credible. Knowing which outlets and communities matter. We do this from Nashville and London, for teams in the US and the UK.
What we do
Translate first. Then separate the audiences.
Narrative and positioning
What it lets people do, in plain language, before the jargon gets a turn.
The right mix of desks
Crypto and web3 media, business press, consumer tech. Most news needs more than one, each with its own angle.
Announcements
Protocols, products, partnerships. Briefings and embargoes, not a surprise post.
Founder voice
Interviews, commentary, bylines. Credibility in this category is slow on purpose.
Community-aware launches
Timed and written to match what people are already seeing on Discord, X, and in the product.
Creators
Add-on outreach to community voices who fit the audience. Not a random influencer list.
How we work
Launch with the community, not at it.
Translate
Whitepaper, deck, or build notes. Find the sentence a user, a partner, or a writer would repeat.
Separate the audiences
Crypto trade, business press, and consumer tech do not want the same angle. Do not send them one.
Same hour, same story
Press, creators, and your own channels together. A press hit the community sees tomorrow is already late.
Report and refine
Coverage and whether the message came through. The narrative moves if the market moves.

Questions
Before you brief a writer.
Do you work with web3 games?
Yes. A web3 game still has to be a game first, so we plan it with our video game PR work: the games press wants the play, the crypto press wants the model.
Do you promote tokens or token prices?
No. We work on products, partnerships, company news, and founder voice. We don’t promote token sales, prices, or returns, and nothing we write is investment advice. Rules on promoting crypto assets differ between the US and the UK, where the FCA regulates them. Anything that touches a financial claim goes through your counsel.
Which media do you pitch?
It depends on the story. Crypto and web3 media, business press, and consumer tech. Most announcements need more than one of those, each with its own angle.
Can you support a launch in both the US and the UK?
Yes. From Nashville and London. The narrative stays consistent. Timing and outlets change.
Do you guarantee coverage?
No. We pitch stories writers and users actually care about, and we say so when the story is not ready.
Next step
If you cannot explain it simply, nobody will cover it.
Tell us what you are building. We’ll help find the sentence that works.
